The "DIAMANT" buildings comprises of 60 homes with high standing of 2 and 3 bedrooms distributed over 4 floors. "Rental" The apartments are considered as residential first homes so the potential for letting will be high. Payment Plan.
The total deposit required is 30%, with the balance of 70% payable upon completion. 10% deposit is payable at reservation ( non- refundable ) and a further 10% after 3 months, as long as the balance of 10% is payable prior to completion, this is acceptable. It is possible to fund the 70% with a Moroccan mortgage, and in fact it may be possible to get an improved loan to value. The result could mean that 80% of the total could be funded.
Mortgages.
The developer is currently negotiating with some major banks to provide mortgage facilities. We have already have a facility in place where mortgages will be provided on the basis up to 80% loan to value. At this stage the repayment period will be for a maximum period of 10 years. The indication is that mortgages will become more flexible for Moroccan properties in the near future.

Tamensa is a new city created between Rabat, Temara, Skhirat and Ain Aouda in Morocco. The aim is to relieve Rabat of it`s growing urbanisation.
